Enter "Reefer" AKA local alley cat. "Reefer" was the name the new neighbors upstairs gave the cat.
Not even the Fuzz can deter "Reefer" from stopping to scratch. "Reefer" requires scratching almost as often as man requires breath.
The Fuzz circles around for a closer look. Actually, this was about the 15th trip around the block.
