Are those old street car tracks down the middle? I remember seeing those beneath the pavement on Grove.
I can only assume those are street car tracks. The area is down near the B&O Railroad Museum, though, so who knows where the B&O rails ran down then. It's our industrial section. . .ha ha ha ha!
