
1/4 c zucchini, sliced
1/4 c squash, sliced
1/4 c broccoli
1/4 c onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c coconut milk
1 oz ginger, minced
4 tbsp yellow (hot) curry
1 c rice, cooked
Cook, eat half, place the leftovers in a bowl and cover it with tin-foil (shiny side up) and place it in the fridge. Set it, and then forget it.
Sure is pretty for being so distgusting.
